Purpose and access

Personal Socials Clipping is a personal Windows tool for preparing short clips and transferring or publishing them to authorized social accounts. It is under development and is not currently a public hosted service. These terms describe use authorized by the operator.

Your accounts and content

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the material you acquire, edit and publish, including obtaining necessary permissions for footage, voices, likenesses and music. Publicly accessible material and native music-library availability do not by themselves grant rights to download, edit or redistribute that material.

Follow the applicable platform terms, account requirements and content rules. Do not use the app to bypass access restrictions, impersonate others or upload unlawful material. The app does not transfer ownership of third-party content or grant music licenses.

Publishing behavior

Enabling a connected destination permits the app to process its queue according to the chosen settings. YouTube and Instagram publishing may run automatically. TikTok inbox uploads require the account owner to finish posting inside TikTok. Disabling a destination or pausing the app may not stop a request already in progress.

Limitations

AI transcripts, selections, scores and captions can be wrong. Review output as appropriate for your intended use. No level of reach, revenue, originality classification, account approval or continuous availability is promised. Platform changes, unavailable archives, interrupted connections and local hardware limits can prevent processing or publishing.

The app is provided as available. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. No payment or subscription is charged by this project; third-party services may have their own terms and charges if separately chosen.

Stopping use and data

You may stop the app, disable publishing and revoke platform permissions. Local data retention and deletion are described in the privacy notice. Previously published content remains subject to the destination platform’s controls.
